The UM Merlin basically changed the playing field of hybrid high-end in-ear monitors. Since then, many manufactures started to explore with the idea of combining balanced armatures with dynamic drivers. To get the best out of dynamic drivers, we decided that one dynamic is simply not enough. With two dynamic drivers, the low frequency has great extension, depth, decay, as well as clarity and resolution. Using specialized BA drivers for mid and high frequencies, this hybrid IEM again takes the advantage of both types of drivers for their best performance.

The Martian comes standard with 3D-printed black acrylic body and complex Unique Melody logos. All shells are then polished and paint-sprayed by hand with our highest handcraft standards. We apologize for not offering alternative design options at the moment.

Drivers per ear: 2 Dynamic drivers as Low, 1 BA driver as Mid, 1 BA driver as High.

Crossover: 3 way

Frequency response: 10Hz - 18,000Hz

Sensitivity (at 1kHz): 110dB spl

Impedance: 28.1 ohm

Noise isolation: -26dB
