1.Art Und Voice代理惠威，老板Jorg Erwin又设立了惠威欧洲，目前看是这样的。

举个简单的类比，小白代理solo,卖鼠摩mdac。solo和鼠摸也不是一家。

你可以靠谷歌翻译查一下德国信息媒体法案Telemediengesetz的具体规定。

impressum当然是关于页面编辑者的信息，而不是页面相关人士。
假如森海把网页外包给360做，那么impressum就是360的信息了。
假如我在个人网站上写了篇关于别人做的nikee的文章，顺便附了自己的淘宝链接，显然impressum是我的信息不是nikee的信息。
代理商控股生产商，拥有专利，在商业中都极为常见，盛大/传奇, 丹拿，weiss，tad/先锋等等都是例子。

§ 5 Allgemeine Informationspflichten
