很喜欢的厂家。附上两段去年和老板的交流。正式发布后流媒体应该有更好的支持吧
There will be a new version of the DAC available later this year, the DAC212SEII.
This will have double headphone connectors, for either 2 headphones or 1 balanced headphone, LAN (UPnP and/or Roon) and the usual USB and other digital inputs.
Beside the new model DAC we will also introduce an amplifier, the AMP212.
The AMP212 is based on our own HyperAmp technology and hqs lowest in class distortion, lowest noise level etc. While being absolute musical.
It is impossible to fit 2 ES9038PRO's in our chassis, at least if you want to do things correctly as we do. Beside that, the ES9038PRO is not the only factor which is responsible the sound, it is an important part. But it is the sum of the parts, among which the PCB design/layout, that equates this sound.
Too much emphasis is given to the DAC chip, by many audiophiles and music lovers. For example many think that a design with chip set XX will exhibit a certain or specific sound. This may be true in some cases, but if the entire design is done right this is totally not true.
For example, Dick Olsher from Absolute Sound magazine, prefers the sound of R2R dac's and despises the sound of the ESS chips. However if you read his review of our DAC212SE, you will read that his new reference dac is the DAC212SEII. Despite the fact that we use his most detested DAC chip, namely the ES9018 chip!
The headphone output is basically the XLR output which is re-routed to the headphone connectors, nothing added except for some relays to allow the switching.
The DAC212SEII will be a certified Roon endpoint, and UPnP. We are now working to get the streaming services implemented, like Spotify, Qobuz and Tidal. |
